Exterior Changes

The new 2025 Tahoe and Suburban offer the same 6 trims as before. Chevrolet really knocked it out of the park with the new and improved exterior modifications. The 2025 Tahoe Z71 trim has quad exhaust tips and 20 inch off road wheels and tires suited for all terrains. The new Suburban is making a statement with large 24 inch wheels and a beautiful LED light strip under the running boards giving it a luxury feel. Both the new Tahoe and Suburban feature a front end and rear upgrade from bumper design to blocky headlights and taillights. The new, bold accents give them both a wider and more agressive look. The tailights appear frosted when they're off and are animated when on as seen on the 2025 Suburban High Country model.

3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax Engine

The well known gasoline 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2L V8 engines have not changed and are still offered on the 2025 models. The 5.3L produces 355 horsepower and and 383 lb-ft of torque. The 6.2L makes up to 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft. All are powerful engines and fantastic options.

The new 2025 Tahoe Z71 and 2025 Suburban Z71 trims offer 10 percent more horsepower than current models. This generation produces 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. If you are ready to make the switch to diesel, a duramax Tahoe or Suburban is the way to go.

Interior Upgrades

The High Country Suburban features a stunning uplolstery change, a different sleek dash board design and a convenient heads-up display. You will notice a change in placement of the shifter. It is now on the column, making switching gears more preferable. The biggest change on both the Suburban and Tahoe is the touchscreen 17.7-inch infotainment system which comes standard! The console under the screen has a redesigned climate control system as well.
