Sales Consultant

Position Information:

A Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

Realize the business is built on customer satisfaction and devote themselves to satisfaction.

Determine customer needs.

Demonstrate vehicles.

Deliver sold units.

Attend sales meetings and training meetings.

Maintain prospect and follow up system.

Keep abreast of new products and trends.

Know and understand equity and values.

Understand vehicle terminology.

Introduce customers to the Service Department.

Knowledge of company products, prices, models, options, warranties, colors and standard equipment.

Must complete manufacturers certification process.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication and people skills, a desire for a career, have previous sales experience or a position where they interacted or assisted customers in a retail environment.  Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record, and the ability to effectively relate to customers of all backgrounds.  Must also have basic computer skills.  This position is full time and includes all company benefits.

This position is a 5-day workweek involving some evening hours and every Saturday.

Part-Time Service Porter

Position Information:

The mission of the service porter is to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient traffic flow through the service lane. 

 Responsibilities:

Help process night drop vehicles.

Assist check-in and flow of morning traffic in service lane.

Park vehicles for advisors.

Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Maintain communication with service staff.

Operate shuttles to homes and business's when needed as back up.

Willingness to help as needed in other tasks in the service department.

Clean ice or snow from customer cars and service drive.

Deliver cars to service entrance for cashier.

Install floor mats, seat covers, and key tags.

Check vehicle for physical damage.

Hours:  Wednesday, Thursday, and  Friday:  12:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Some Saturdays (as needed)

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality.

Professional, neat appearance.

Valid Illinois driver's license.

Clean driving record.

Basic knowledge of the Peoria Metro area, including streets and major businesses.

Be able to take direction and responsibilities.

Face with a smile.
